NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOT VALID IN NEW YORK OR FLORIDA AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

All entries must include a valid full name, phone number, email address, and mailing address. Any entry that does not include all required information shall be deemed invalid and ineligible.

Eligibility: This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. To accept the vehicle prize option, the winner must also hold a valid driver’s license. Employees, officers, and directors of [SPONSOR LEGAL ENTITY NAME] d/b/a Save Max Auto (“Sponsor”), Game of Chance Sweepstakes LLC (“Administrator”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.

Sponsor and Administrator: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by [SPONSOR LEGAL ENTITY NAME] d/b/a Save Max Auto, [SPONSOR STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE ZIP] (“Sponsor”) and administered by Game of Chance Sweepstakes LLC, 1546 West 975 South, Layton, Utah 84041, United States (“Administrator”).

Agreement to Official Rules: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry electronically, entrant agrees that such submission constitutes a legally binding signature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, or otherwise acts in a disruptive or unlawful manner.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on September 18, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted and shall be void. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Methods of Entry: There are three (3) methods of entry into the Sweepstakes. First, eligible individuals may receive entries by purchasing qualifying products or digital packages through https://promo.savemaxauto.com during the Sweepstakes Period. The number of entries awarded for each qualifying product is displayed on that product’s page and already includes any bonus multiplier shown. Any transaction that is declined, reversed, charged back, or refunded will not qualify for entries, and any entries previously awarded for that transaction will be voided. Second, individuals may enter by submitting their email address and completing a confirmed double opt-in subscription to the Save Max Auto newsletter; submissions that do not complete the double opt-in process will not qualify. Creating a Save Max Auto account does not, by itself, submit an entry. Third, individuals may enter without making a purchase by utilizing the Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”), which allows for daily entry via https://promo.savemaxauto.com/pages/official-rules. The AMOE provides equivalent entry opportunities and does not disadvantage entrants who choose not to make a purchase.

All entries must be received by November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Regardless of method of entry, there is a maximum limit of one hundred thousand (100,000) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt to exceed this limit, including through the use of multiple identities, email addresses, or accounts, may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or generated by automated means are void. Standard internet access and usage charges may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries or for any technical failures that may interfere with participation. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions, compromises the integrity, fairness, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) Conditions: Under the AMOE, participants may enter once per day by submitting their information through the designated entry form. Duplicate submissions within any twenty-four (24) hour period are prohibited and may result in disqualification. All information submitted must be truthful and accurate; submission of false or misleading information will result in disqualification. AMOE entries are recorded and maintained by a third-party system operated by Game of Chance Registrations and will not appear in any participant-facing tracking system. Any abuse, manipulation, or attempted circumvention of the AMOE system will result in immediate disqualification.

Winner Selection and Odds: On or about December 1, 2026, ten (10) finalists will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, and from those finalists, one (1) grand prize winner will be selected in a subsequent random drawing. The drawing may be conducted or announced via the Sponsor’s website or social media channels. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winner Notification and Requirements: Potential winners will be notified by telephone, email, or FaceTime using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Each potential winner must respond within ten (10) business days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential winner and may disqualify any individual if, in its sole discretion, awarding the prize to such individual could reflect negatively on the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner whose background check reveals a felony conviction or crimes of moral turpitude. Sponsor may require each potential winner to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, an IRS Form W-9, and, where lawful, a publicity release as a condition of receiving the prize. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification.

Prize Description and Conditions: One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize winner may choose one (1) of the following two (2) prize options:

(a) Truck Package: one (1) custom 2026 Ford F-150 Raptor (approximate retail value $[TRUCK ARV]), plus thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00) in cash, plus one (1) year of auto insurance coverage for the prize vehicle, paid by Sponsor up to a maximum premium value of $[INSURANCE CAP] (total approximate retail value of the Truck Package: $[TOTAL ARV]); or

(b) Cash Prize: one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) in cash, awarded in lieu of the Truck Package.

The winner must select one option in writing at the time of prize acceptance; the options may not be combined. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-refundable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except as expressly provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The vehicle’s make, model, color, custom modifications, and specifications are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and may differ from those depicted in promotional materials. The insurance component is subject to the insurer’s standard underwriting and eligibility requirements; if the winner cannot obtain coverage through the insurer designated by Sponsor, Sponsor may, at its discretion, reimburse the winner for premiums paid on a comparable policy up to the maximum stated above. Any insurance value not used is forfeited and will not be paid in cash.

All federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize option selected: the stated ARV of the Truck Package if the Truck Package is selected, or $100,000.00 if the Cash Prize is selected. Sponsor may be required to withhold applicable taxes from any cash component. If the Truck Package is selected, the winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with title, license, registration, dealer and documentation fees, and any insurance costs beyond the Sponsor-paid coverage described above. The prize must be claimed and accepted on or before January 15, 2027, or it may be forfeited. The vehicle will be delivered to, or must be picked up by the winner at, a location within the continental United States designated by Sponsor, and any travel or transportation costs to take possession of the vehicle are the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing by Sponsor. All non-monetary components of the prize are awarded “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer at the time of retail sale.

Privacy: By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by the Sponsor and its authorized agents for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and fulfilling prizes, and otherwise in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://promo.savemaxauto.com.

Release and Publicity: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including the operation of the prize vehicle. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the use of his or her name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION: These Official Rules contain provisions that govern how disputes will be resolved, including mandatory arbitration, a waiver of class action rights, and limitations on damages. By participating, entrants agree to these provisions.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall first be submitted in writing (a “Demand”) to [SPONSOR LEGAL ENTITY NAME] d/b/a Save Max Auto, [SPONSOR STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE ZIP], Attention: Legal Department. No legal action may be initiated until ten (10) business days after submission of the Demand.

If the dispute is not resolved, it shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Utah. The Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. Entrants waive any right to a jury trial and agree that all claims shall be brought in an individual capacity only and not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding. Under no circumstances shall any entrant be entitled to recover punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and all damages shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Governing Law and Severability: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, and the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Winners List and Miscellaneous: The name of the winner will be announced on or about December 1, 2026, or after verification, via the Sponsor’s website and/or social media channels. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of the prize. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Ford Motor Company. Ford, F-150, and Raptor are trademarks of Ford Motor Company, and neither Ford nor any other manufacturer of prize components is a sponsor of or participant in this Sweepstakes.
